WHO ARE WE? Ntuitive Solutions Inc. is a privately held company with people who have backgrounds in business, technology, information engineering, psychology, and market research. We have come together to create an organization that leverages current web, database, and voice-response technologies to create value for our clients.
This value is mostly in the form of helping our clients improve the experiences of their own customers. We deliver programs that help them measure their customer experiences at various touchpoints, and we suggest improvements that increase sales and profitability for our clients.

WHERE DID WE COME FROM? In the winter of 2000, Ntuitive Software & Systems Inc. spun off from a Professional IT Services company that had an 11-year track record in North America. As the IT Services company found itself shifting towards product development in the late 90's, it only made sense to split off a separate company devoted purely to software product development and sales. The IT Services company, had a solid history working on large software implementation projects for many Fortune 500 companies - companies such as GE Canada, USA Networks, Sprint Canada, Allied Domecq, Lever-Pond's, and Trump Casino, to name a few. It continued with a focus on custom software development projects and consulting services, while Ntuitive Software focussed on product development.
In May 2008, Ntuitive Software & Systems Inc., officially became Ntuitive Solutions Inc., as the business shifted from an IT-centric focus, to one that was solutions-based.
WHAT'S IN A NAME? The dictionary defines the term "intuition" as: "The quick perception of truth or knowledge without conscious attention or reasoning; immediate knowledge, as in perception or consciousness; quick or ready insight or apprehension."
As our name implies, we are an INTUITIVE solutions company. Ntuitive Solutions provides immediate knowledge and quick insight through the programs that we deliver. To do this, we leverage leading-edge technologies such as the Internet, Business Intelligence and OLAP (on-line analytical processing), relational database, data mining, and IVR (interactive voice response).
So what made us drop the leading "I" in Intuitive? "I" suggests the singular, the individual. We're a strong team - we all depend on one another to make the company succeed. Besides, it's intuitive to have a name like "NTUITIVE".
